Ha, I remember this game. I cheesed one of the boss fights by running around the entire map mid-fight waiting for the autoheal to kick in.

Yes! The original Leapster could too, but devs never really tried (outside of that one Cars game sort of, but that was more of a mode 7-type effect) because they could just use Flash for most stuff and it was already slow enough as is.
