Well in-game it looks normal so i suppose that this to save resources and why they look normal in-game? well i guess its lighting

I'd say they're less-so yellow, more-so a bit darker and more saturated, likely because this game went for a slightly grittier and more realistic style compared to other games. Not to a Smash Brawl degree (and also not washed out, actually pretty bright), but still somewhat more detailed.
