Saturn emulation is notoriously difficult. Even the emulators themselves have problems. Any that use Yabause as a base such as Yaba Sanshiro, Kronos and Yabause itself don't really work properly and not just running the games themselves but also exporting sprites/textures. At one point it just kept crashing... The ones that they do work well like Mednafen don't offer any sprite or texture view.

My attempts of ripping Saturn games (Virtua Fighter Remix, Fighters Megamix, Sega Memorial Collection Vol 2 as in the only working port of the old arcade Monaco GP) were failures, the latter tried ripping for YEARS. Even tried to go directly to the disc in the case of Fighters Megamix (and know the portraits are stored in FMM_DATA.DAT). A shame really as there were quite a few Saturn games that I would have liked to rip from as well like Sega Rally, Daytona USA Circuit Edition/CCE, Manx TT, Hang On GP, Sega Touring Car Championship, Virtua Cop, Last Bronx, Street Fighter Collection (as Saturn ports of fighting games were often better than the PS1 but not always), Chase HQ & SCI, Lupin III: Sage of the Pyramid. Probably even the Sega Worldwide Soccer series, F1 Challenge, Hat Trick Hero S and CRAIG STADLER!

Probably easier to rip from the PC ports if available and there were some Sega PC attempts but many didn't get ported or in the case of Sonic 3D changed the special stages.

Fun fact for the future: This is the first Saturn game to be accepted onto The Textures Resource. Sonic Jam is the second one.
