Except the image features a shipwreck and salmon mob which were both added in the same update as swimming, so either Alex wasn't sprinting, or she was just edited into the screenshot, since Mojang seems to do that a lot with official screenshots.
shes not, back then there was no swimming, kinda, instead u just went up and down, flopping your arms 👌
How is alex standing in water?
