reuploaded the texture again due the new texture not loading
the files are ripped from rvgl
i will start the track again from scratch + skybox included

I think you should have merged the sky box with the track because that sky box is only used by Rooftops.
Also, the sky box being glitchy and messing up the sprites and textures? You just need to go to the track folder to get the sky box in a perfect quality.

i also added the skybox appearing in rooftops
meaning it was more consumed by the note and the green bg
it was originally 1.22MB but now it's 1.43
i tried my best
i will later fix rooftops
i mean i didn't use a unique background
only 7 cars survived the submission
which can mess up sprites and textures
probably due to the glitchy background (bg)
