So in this case it'd go on The Spriters Resource, since it's a screen overlay.

Obviously i'm kidding, but he has a reason to be there. He was added for the Halloween event where the two games kinda swapped graphics and sounds and such.

Also, from what I've heard, he's an Eidolon born from living beings' fear of death, and he was summoned by Kuja's own fear of death.
