No idea how the person who ripped these textures did it, but from my experience using tools such as TexMod, the textures come out with their Red and Blue Values scewed. Shoulden't be too difficult beyond opening the images in GIMP and then Colors>Components>Channel Mixer and then just play around with the settings. |

Well, aside from the Skyboxes offcourse. |
